Our Projects at Naserian Schools
We currently operate two schools in the Maasai region, both located in the Monduli District – in the villages Baraka and Mungere. Together, these schools provide free education to over 140 Maasai children. Baraka School has recently expanded to offer primary education, while Mungere serves as a nursery school.
The Baraka Village school is the main school of our project. Is is currently offering free education from Nursery to Grade 2, with an expectation of this group of students being able to go until grade 6 by the year of 2029.
Additionally, we run Sinyati Daycare, located in the Sokon One slum of Arusha City. This daycare offers free child care services to 68 children, ranging from eight months to six years old. Many of these children come from impoverished families or are raised by single mothers who eatn living through street vending. At the daycare, we provide three free meals per day, which are often the only meals these children receive.

FOUNDER
The Boma School is a newly established nursery school located in a remote Maasai village called Mungere. Built to serve the educational needs of Maasai children who would otherwise never have the opportunity to attend school, the Boma School offers a free first year of education to young children in the community.
Currently operating in a single classroom, the school is in the process of finishing important infrastructure, including the rendering and painting of the walls, sealing and finishing the floors, and adding essential facilities such as toilets, electricity, water, and cooking areas. There is also space within the building to accommodate a teacher who will stay overnight to ensure consistent education for the children.
The Boma School aims to introduce children to modern facilities like toilets, offer them their first interactions with non-Maasai people—such as their teachers—, and provide them with foundational knowledge in Swahili and mathematics, making school an integral part of their upbringing.
Our Sinyati Daycare is a vital childcare service located in the heart of the Sokon One slums in Arusha. We provide free childcare as well as pre-school education for children aged 8 months to 6 years from low-income families, many of whom are raised by single mothers working in the streets of Arusha.
